Bandwidth Management

Sunbyte.NET uses TrafficCura RouterOS powered by MikroTik® to fully supports Class Based Queuing (CBQ) for bandwidth limitation. It is possible to limit just one IP or MAC address, or whole subnet. Queuing can be performed based on:

• Source/destination address
• Protocol, port
• Many other paramaters

Our TrafficCura Bandwidth Manager provides control over your outgoing and incoming local area network traffic in/out to Internet (Wide Area Network). By taking control over those traffic, you can:

Example of Installation

TrafficCura control the traffic before it goes out to the WAN, and control the traffic comes to the LAN. TrafficCura can be set as Firewall (see firewall).

Before and After Managed

Before the traffic is managed, applications are competing in using a limited bandwidth line, Mission critical applications are failed to meet the QoS. After the traffic is managed, mission critical applications have "dedicated lane" to produce a QoS.
