During peak holiday seasons, we may not be able to contact you with any major changes we have to make. As delivering your order on time is of utmost importance.

If you are ordering during a non-holiday time, every effort will be made to make you aware of major changes we may have to make. If the arrangement will look reasonably close to the photo online, we will not contact you.

If you are concerned about the finished look of the arrangement you are ordering, we encourage you to order directly by telephone. Our shop is operated completely by the staff that handles the phone lines. We will actually be designing your flowers for you, there is no clearinghouse or off site order taking. Unlike many other floral websites, you will be speaking to a floral designer that is right in the shop that is making up your floral gift.

If you place your order by phone and want the arrangement identical in every way to the photo online, please express this to the person answering the telephone. They can tell you exactly what is in stock and if any type of substitution has to be made. Unless asked, all staff is trained to make each arrangement as close to the website photos as possible.
